arena gw sangat penasaran banyak orang kagum dg HIRENS BOOTCD yg sekarang sdh versi 9.8. Setelah gw coba & berhasil dipake emang cukup mengagumkan isi dari sopwer tsb. Selaen diinstal ke cd,ternyata bisa jg booting dr USBDISK/PLESDIS. Kalo bisa booting dr PLESDIS, mk gak terlalu ribet utk dibawa kesana sini. Gw sempat berguru dibeberapa situs n akhirnya ketemu juga deh. Ilmu yg gw dapat itu coba gw share dlm posting kali ini.
kaya’e udh terlalu panjang, maka CARA INSTALL HIRENS BOOTCD v.9.8 adalah sbb :
1. Buat 1 folder dg nama, misal : INSTALL HBCD_98_2USB pd drive/partisi yg cukup gede free space utk simpan sopwer yg dibutuhkan.
2. Siapkan PLESDIS kosong, kalo ada isinya harap dipindah dulu, karena akan terformat.
3. Donlot sopwer HIRENS BOOTCD v.9.8dari link berikut ini. Jangan lupa direname ke hiren 9.8
4. Donlot sopwer USB DISK STORAGE FORMAT dari link berikut ini.
5. Donlot sopwer GRUBINST_GUI dari link berikut ini.
6. Setelah semua terkumpul, liat SS 1 berikut :
maka :
EXTRACT sopwer USB DISK STORAGE FORMAT pada folder INSTALL HBCD_98_2USB
TAMPILAN HASIL EXTRACT USB_FORMAT :
EXTRACT sopwer GRUBINST_GUI pada folder INSTALL HBCD_98_2USB.lakukan dg cara tadi. Berikut ini skrinsut hasil extract GRUBINST_GUI :
Begitu pula EXTRACT sopwer HIRENS BOOTCD v.9.8 pada folder INSTALL HBCD_98_2USB
Setelah semua file terextract , maka TAMPILAN nya sbb :
7. Setelah semua file siap, masukkan PLESDIS ke USB (PLESDIS harus kosong/isinya dipindahkan dulu, karena akan di format). Jalankan file hasil extract USB_FORMAT UTK FORMAT PLESDIS. Setelah selesai, maka jalankan file hasil extract GRUBINST_GUI.
8. Sesudah dijalankan, maka tampilan menjadi SKRINSUT TAMPILAN-1 GRUBINST_GUI:
9. Berikutnya setting field yg ada, yaitu sbb :
Ikuti petunjuk : klik REFRESH –> DISK –> klik TANDA PANAH KE BAWAH –> Pilih PLESDIS ANDA –> klik REFRESH pada baris PART LIST–>klik ICON SEGITIGA KE BAWAH–> Pilih WHOLE DISK (MBR) –> beri tanda CENTANG (v) pd DON’T SEARCH FLOOPY –> INSTALL –> masuk COMMAND PROMPT –> tekan sembarang tombol utk CONTINUE –> QUIT

10. Klik folder HIRENS BCD98, lalu copy file ISO HIREN’S BCD98 ke folder CreateYourISO. Utk lebih jelasnya lihat skrinsut berikut :

Masuk ke folder CreateYourISO, lihat TAMPILAN berikut :
Klik 2x file EXTRACT ISO, tunggu proses sd selesai. Akan tampil folder baru –> MyCD –> klik 2x –> cek folder HBCD ada/tidak. TAMPILAN nya sbb :
SKRINSUT FOLDER MyCD:
Masuk ke folder GRUB4DOS –> copy file GLDR & MENU.LST ke PLESDIS. Masuk ke folder MyCD –> copy file HBCD ke PLESDIS
11. Prose belum selesai. PLESDIS harus terisi 4 file ini : HBCD ,AUTORUN.INF , GLDR & MENU.LST. Lihat TAMPILAN berikut :
12. Close icon PLESDIS, cabut dan masukan kembali. Tampilan akan sbb
SKRINSUT TEST PLESDIS:
